Whether you are an established timeshare professional, newcomer, or hospitality student, the ARDA International Foundation (AIF) can provide essential training for your professional growth. Through a variety of designation programs, university partnerships, and online educational courses, AIF works to help keep you up-to-date in today’s industry.

Professional Development

Be savvy and advance your career by completing the AIF Qualification Test, enrolling in one of the industry designation programs, or participating in a webinar for the latest industry update. Take advantage of all these programs and show your commitment to continual personal growth.

Academic Outreach

Both professors and students can benefit from AIF resources. Special rates allow access to industry knowledge and contacts. Faculty may attend ARDA events at a discounted fee, and students may apply for convention scholarships, fostering the growth of invaluable networking connections for future careers. The AIF can provide data and assist in recommending resources for member universities.

The ARDA LEAPS program is designed to develop and educate, through a well-rounded and multi-faceted curriculum, future leaders committed to serving ARDA and the shared vacation ownership industry. ARDA LEAPS stands for Leadership-Education-Action-Progression-Service. This one year program offers association leadership development for individuals at various management levels within ARDA member companies.

Address legislators, the press, and other influential groups with confidence by using this toolkit, complete with statistics on who buys, why they buy, and how much they spend to impact local economies.
